Ordering
How do I place an order?
Fill in our online order form with what you'd like, your flavours, design ideas and a preferred collection date. You'll get an order reference and a private tracking link straight away. Emily will then get in touch to confirm the details and send your quote.
How far in advance should I order?
As early as you can, especially for weekends and busy seasons. The order form shows the earliest date you can choose. For weddings and large events, please get in touch a few weeks ahead.
Can I send inspiration photos?
Yes. Add a link to a Pinterest board, Instagram post or any photo in the order form, or send pictures when Emily contacts you to confirm your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes are fine before your order is confirmed and paid. After that, please get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. See our order terms for cancellations and refunds.
Payment & pricing
How much will my order cost?
Every order is quoted individually, based on the size, flavours and design. Heavily decorated or intricate designs take more time and are priced accordingly. You'll always see and agree your price before paying.
When and how do I pay?
You don't pay anything when you place your order. Once Emily has confirmed the details and your price, the tracking link you received will show a secure PayPal button. You can pay with your PayPal account or with a debit or credit card through PayPal.
Is my order confirmed once I've submitted the form?
Not yet. Submitting the form sends a request. Your order is confirmed once Emily has agreed the details with you and your payment has been received.
Collection
Do you deliver?
At the moment we're collection only, from our home kitchen in Aberdeen. The exact address is shared with you once your order is confirmed.
How do I choose a collection time?
Pick a date and time slot in the order form. Emily will confirm it, or suggest an alternative, when she sends your quote.
How should I transport and store my bakes?
Keep boxes flat on a car floor or in the boot rather than on a seat, and away from direct sunlight and heat. Buttercream is best kept somewhere cool, and cupcakes are best enjoyed within two to three days.
Dietary & allergens
Do you make vegan cakes and cupcakes?
Yes. We offer vegan (plant-based) versions of our cakes and cupcakes. Choose the vegan option in the order form.
Do you make gluten-free bakes?
Yes, gluten-free options are available. Please note that our kitchen also handles gluten, so we can't guarantee bakes are free from traces, which means they may not be suitable for people with coeliac disease.
What about allergies?
Our bakes are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens. We take great care, but we can't guarantee any bake is completely free from traces of allergens. Please list any allergies in your order and speak to Emily before ordering if an allergy is severe. Full allergen information is provided with every order.
